Magnificent Provencal property located in the Grand Site of Sainte-Victoire, not far from Aix-en-Provence. This property on the heights of the site extends over nearly 200 hectares where olive trees and lavender are cultivated.
This splendid typical house with an outdoor swimming pool and provencal gardens is located not far from a charming medieval village with a rich historical and cultural heritage. You can enjoy the beauty of the landscape thanks to a private path walk of about 3 km long around the domain.
This villa is made with stones and it offers a spacious indoor living area in an authentic provencal decor furnished with absolute comfort.
The fully restored house offers an indoor living area of about 600m2 that can accommodate groups and families up to 18 people. The living property is divided into two separate buildings. An intern courtyard connects the two villas.
The villa welcomes you through 8 bedrooms, each one of them with a private bathroom. The outside area gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Provence sun by the heated swimming pool.
The « main » house has an open fireplace in the middle of the living room, a master bedroom upstairs and 3 double bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom.
The second house has 3 double bedrooms upstairs as well as a childrenâs bedroom with 4 single beds accommodations. They do all have their private bathroom as well.
